1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Signs Perfected.
“Customer” refers to any person or entity purchasing products or services from Signs Perfected.
“Website” refers to www.signsperfected.com.
“Services” include signage design, printing, wrapping, and installation.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders require full or partial payment before production begins.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing may change without notice after this period.
Payments are non-refundable once production begins unless a defect is found in our workmanship.
We accept payments via credit card, direct deposit, and check.
3. Project Consultation & Customer Responsibilities
Customers provide project details through our consultation form, including personal and design information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details, including spelling, design choices, and measurements, are accurate before approval.
Changes requested after production begins may incur additional fees.
4. Design & Approval Process
Proofs are provided for approval before production. Once approved, Signs Perfected is not responsible for errors in design, text, or measurements.
Design revisions may be limited to a set number of changes before additional charges apply.
5. Production & Turnaround Time
Estimated production timelines are provided at the time of order but may vary due to workload, material availability, or unforeseen delays.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
6. Installation & Liability
If installation services are provided, the customer must ensure the installation area is clean, accessible, and prepared before our team arrives.
Signs Perfected is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation by third parties or environmental conditions after installation.
7. Warranty & Refunds
We guarantee our workmanship and materials against defects for 30 days after delivery.
Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, installation by unauthorized parties, weather conditions, or normal wear and tear.
Refunds or replacements are provided only for manufacturing defects verified by our team.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs created by Signs Perfected remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not reproduce, modify, or use our designs for other purposes without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Signs Perfected is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lubbock County, Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Signs Perfected reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
